At LM, career paths demonstrate the commitment of our team. On the 5th of August, we celebrate an important milestone : Valérie Bernon’s 20th birthday, an opportunity to come together to salute her exceptional career and her evolution within the company.
From Accounting to Sales Manager
Valérie began her career at LM as a collection agent in Le Port. With an initial background in accounting, her mission was to follow up with clients who had outstanding invoices. It was while covering a temporary role in the sales department that she discovered her calling.
Starting as a telesales representative, she quickly moved up to Sales Representative, then Technical Sales Representative, and finally became the Sales Manager.
Today, Valérie is in charge of all imported products for LM. What she loves most is commercial strategy: setting up in-store operations and actions to promote the products.
She is the only woman on LM’s sales team, a source of pride that highlights her leadership and determination.
An Inspiration for All
Valérie’s career is an example of perseverance and evolution. Her story shows that passion and will can open new doors. Her ability to reinvent herself and excel in a field she discovered by chance is a source of inspiration for all employees of the company.
Through her commitment, Valérie proves that at LM, one can evolve, flourish, and grow.
