LM was founded in 1992 and is now positioned as a specialist in fruit and vegetable trading on the Réunion market. It supplies a variety of retailers on a daily basis, from market traders to traditional markets and local authorities.

The LM team has more than 400 employees who work together to preserve and promote Réunion’s terroir. A crucial aspect of their mission is to highlight the work of producers and preserve this nourishing land, emphasizing the importance of sustainability and respect for the environment in their activities.

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the central governance body and is composed of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the general manager and two external directors. Its main role is to provide general management oversight and ensure sustainable growth. More precisely, it validates the annual accounts, it ensures the proper execution of strategic orientations and it brings value to partners and customers.

The Executive Committee (CODIR)

It is composed of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, and the heads of all departments. The Executive Committee is responsible for the company’s strategy, from its definition to its implementation. It aligns long-term objectives with concrete actions and ensures that decisions are communicated to the teams. In this way, it promotes a shared vision and effective coordination.

The Steering Committee (COPIL)

Responsible for managing cross-functional strategic projects, he brings together decision-makers and managers from the departments involved to review the progress of operations, define objectives, and clarify areas of action.

The Environmental Committee
