At LM, team cohesion is an essential value. To strengthen it, our employees participated in the Tropicadingue, a unique team-building event combining obstacles, mud, and good spirits.
The objective of this day was to strengthen bonds in a setting different from the daily professional routine. Away from the usual operations, our teams proved they knew how to work together to take on a physical challenge.
Mixing departments was at the heart of this initiative. Teams from the IT, Logistics, and Transport departments formed a single unit. This moment allowed them to set aside their usual functions and share an experience outside the professional context.
For the participants, the race was a demonstration of determination. Jumping over obstacles, crawling under nets, and crossing muddy areas: each trial was an opportunity to help and motivate each other.
This adventure highlighted the commitment of our employees. The good cheer transformed the difficulty of the obstacles into a shared memory.
