Some events resonate more strongly than others, and for us, at LM, the Nou Lé Local Trade Show is one of them. This year again, from September 11 to 14, we were proud to be present to celebrate the richness and diversity of Réunion’s production.
This trade show is much more than a simple exhibition. It is a genuine meeting point for all local economic players, a unique opportunity to gather, exchange, and showcase the strength of local “péi” know-how. For us, this participation is a chance to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the island’s producers—those with whom we have worked hand-in-hand for many years.
A Showcase for Our Local Partnerships
Our booth, located in the Pavillon Industrie Agroalimentaire, was the epicenter of valuable encounters. We had the opportunity to speak with curious consumers, and also to greet many of our partners.
These exchanges are essential. They allow us not only to take the pulse of the market but, above all, to strengthen the bonds of trust and proximity that are at the heart of our model. The show’s theme, “Training and innovating to produce better,” perfectly illustrated our approach: supporting local sectors to ensure sustainable and quality agriculture.
Building the Future of Réunion’s Economy
The success of this edition, with over 200 exhibitors, shows how much the commitment to “local” production is a priority for the people of Réunion. At LM, we are convinced that supporting local production means investing in the future of our island.
Our presence at the Nou Lé Local Trade Show is not just mere participation—it is a declaration. We are proud to contribute to this momentum, to promote the work of our farmers, and to offer everyone products that tell a story: the story of our land.
