To start off the new year, the LM teams participated in a unique team-building event, blending strategy, immersion, and cohesion. Far from the warehouses and offices, about twenty employees, representing all departments, competed during an intense nocturnal simulation.
The event took place in an extraordinary setting: an old, decommissioned hotel in Boucan Canot, transformed into a training center by professionals and offering immersion worthy of the most demanding scenarios.
Two teams of ten people, made up of members from all departments, engaged in a three-hour laser combat challenge. The scenario was gripping, focusing on strategy, group efficiency, and rescue, requiring perfect coordination to achieve the objectives.
To guarantee a high-caliber adventure, the equipment deployed emphasized realism. The gear and accessories used aimed for total immersion in realistic game sequences. Participants benefited from high-performance sighting devices, including systems like “Holographic Red Dot Laser” or “Long-Range Optical Sniper Scopes,” underscoring the strategic dimension and skill required.
This nighttime battle allowed all participants to discover each other from a new perspective and to strengthen bonds beyond their usual professional roles. Group efficiency and the ability to rapidly develop strategies were the keys to this team-building event, which kicks off the year 2025 under the sign of action and cohesion at LM.
